Checking In

Where do I check in?

Check-in at the Innkeeper office, last door on the far left (West). For after hours check-in please call to coordinate.  

Can I check in early?

Give us a call and we’ll see what we can do!

Anything else I need to know about check-in?

You must be 21 (or over!) to book a room with us.

Checking Out

How do I check out?

Leave your key in the rooms and call us to let us know you’re leaving. If you need a copy of your folio, come see us at the Innkeeper Office.

Can I check out late?

We’ll do our best to accommodate, but it depends on the day’s check-ins. Late check out is from 12pm-3pm. If late check out is available, it is an additional $100. After 3pm, there is a full night charge (based on availability).

Hotel Basics

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available.

Do you have a spa?

We don’t, but we can connect you with in-room spa services! Call us before or during your stay and we’ll make it happen.

Should I rent a car?

Yes, we suggest renting a car as St Croix is very diverse, there is a lot to see all over the island. Taxis are available on a pre scheduled basis, but there are no Uber/Lyft services on island. 

Do you have a concierge?

Our hotel manager, Chantal can definitely point you in the right direction for tours, hikes, restaurant recommendations, Buck island excursions and more! Call us or email us with questions.

 

Rooms

Do you have rollaway beds or cribs?

No, we don’t.

Can I smoke or vape on my patio or in the courtyard?

We’re a smoke-free property. This includes patios and communal outdoor spaces. ($250 fee if caught smoking)

Do the rooms have refrigerators/microwaves?

Yes all rooms have either a mini-fridge or an apartment sized refrigerator/freezer & a microwave. Superior rooms include full cooking supplies and two induction burners along with a kitchen sink!

Are the rooms air-conditioned?

Yes all rooms are air-conditioned and controllable by remote. The rooms also feature ceiling fans. 

Do you have cable?

No, but we offer Apple TV, streaming apps available for use with your personal account.

Food & Beverage

Do you offer room service?

Unfortunately we don’t.

Do you have a restaurant?

Yes, AMA is located on the waterfront overlooking the grotto, we suggest to make reservations when you book your room as space fills up fast!

Do you have a bar?

Yes! We have two bars: one at AMA (amacanebay.com) and the other one located at the upper patio, Sunset Bar featuring ceviche, fresh appetizers and craft cocktails. (sunsetbarvi.com

Where can I get coffee?

Our rooms feature coffee makers and coffee from Virgin Islands Coffee Roasters. Make sure to visit their cafe/roastery in Christiansted. 

Are there other restaurants walking distance?

Yes! There are three other restaurants/bars along Cane Bay including:

  • The Landing Beach Bar (live music, lunch & dinner)

  • Spratnet Beach Bar

  • Off The Wall (pizza/burgers and Tuesday night Bingo)

How do I get groceries?

Before heading to the hotel, we suggest stopping at The Market STX. You can order the groceries online at themarketstx.com/shop to speed up your time to the beach!

Parking

Where do I park my car?

Self-parking is available on property and on street. Please lock your vehicle and park at your own risk.

Pets

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, well-behaved dogs under 20lbs are welcome. If your best friend makes a mess or causes any damage, we’ll have to charge accordingly though.

Do you allow service animals?

Of course!
